These terms govern the purchase of licenses in the Game Strategies online store (store.gamestrategies.io). You need to accept them before paying. We recommend that you save or print them.
1. Who sells
GAME STRATEGIES, S.L., tax ID (NIF) B75697011, registered office at calle Segundo Mata 6, 2.º 9, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), Spain. Registered with the Madrid Commercial Registry, volume 24,627, folio 91, sheet M-443258. Contact: info@game-learn.com, +34 913 519 089 or the support form.
2. What you buy
The Serious Games Catalog + Admin product is a license to use the Game Strategies training platform (Campus), which includes:
- Access to all the training video games in the catalog (71 today), which may be updated over time.
- An admin dashboard to manage users, assign courses and track progress.
- Ticket support.
- For purchases of 30 or more licenses, one onboarding session.
Each license is for one user. The Customer Success Support service is not included: it is contracted separately.
3. Duration
Each license lasts 1 year (12 months) from the day we activate your access. It is a one-time payment: it does not renew automatically and you will not be charged anything else. If you want to continue after the year, you can make a new purchase.
4. Price and payment
The price is €299 per license, VAT included: you always pay that amount. If you buy as a company with a VAT number from another European Union country, the amount is the same and the invoice applies the reverse charge. If you have a promotion code, you can enter it on the payment page.
Payment is made by card (also Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link) on the secure page of Stripe, our payment provider, and is charged immediately. We never see or store your card details.
5. How to buy
- On the product page you choose the number of licenses and whether you are buying as a company or as an individual.
- You accept these terms and request immediate access to the platform.
- On Stripe's payment page you enter your billing details (and your VAT number if you buy as a company) and pay. Before confirming, you can review and correct all the details.
- When you finish, you see the confirmation on screen and we send you an email with the order summary and the receipt.
You can buy in English, Spanish or French. We keep a record of your order, and these terms remain published on this page with their date.
6. Access to the platform
After payment, our support team activates your access shortly and writes to the email address you gave at checkout.
7. Invoice
If you need an invoice, ask our support team after your purchase, giving your billing details, and we will send it to you.
8. Withdrawal and refunds
As long as you do not have access to the platform, you can cancel the order and we will refund the full amount.
Once you have access to the platform, the purchase is non-refundable.
If you buy as a consumer, the law gives you 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw. Because this is digital content that we start supplying straight away, when you buy you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, once you have access, you lose that right of withdrawal (Article 103(m) of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, implementing Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). We also confirm this in the order email.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
None of the above limits your rights if the service does not work as described: in that case, write to us and we will fix it or, if that is not possible, refund the proportional part of the price.
9. Use of the licenses
Licenses are for training the people in your team or for your own development. You may not share the credentials of one license among several people, resell access or copy or distribute the content of the platform.
10. Data protection
We process your data as explained in the store's privacy policy.
11. Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a consumer, you are also protected by the consumer protection rules that apply to you and you may go to the courts where you live. If you buy as a company or professional, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each purchase is governed by the terms published, and accepted by you, at the time of purchase.
